Babywearing consultations do not always have to be on site, but can also take place from the comfort of your own living room. We can discuss all the important points in advance by phone or email and make an appointment. These tying methods were developed by the FTZ Babywearing Centre. They serve to relieve the pelvic floor, improve back pain, support the abdominal muscles, straighten the spine and provide more stability and balance during pregnancy. You have a baby carrier or sling at home and don't know what to do: You already have something to carry your baby in and need some help with the settings, how to put it on and how to fit it correctly. This allows us to see how the baby's weight can be optimally distributed over your body. We also offer test packages with the consultations. The test package can include slings, baby carriers or accessories. There is a deposit, postage and a washing/rental fee for the test carriers. The washing fee is a one-off charge of €7 and is valid for a one-week trial period. Arrange a personal appointment with us and discuss your topic with us beforehand. We can always think of something. A normal babywearing consultation in our shop usually lasts 1-1.5 hours. You decide the topic and the appointments are usually in the morning between 10am and 2pm. Simply contact us or pop into the shop! If you are unable to attend one of our appointments, please cancel it 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will have to charge you for it.We have baby wraps from various companies and lots of baby carriers to try out - such as RingSlings, Mei Tais, Half- or Fullbuckles, as well as Onbuhimos. We are skilled in tying all ergonomically favourable types of bindings and in using a wide variety of slings and carrying aids. We very often have consultations in special situations; be it premature babies, clubfeet, twins, triplets and babies with many needs. We also lend out many of our carriers for a washing fee of €7 or for longer periods.
